Registration fees:
Academics: 250€ (including refreshments, lunches and gala dinner)
Non-academics and dual academic/non-academic employment: 400€ (including refreshments, lunches and gala dinner)

Please note that when submitting a paper you commit to present it if accepted.
All participants, including presenters, are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
A gala dinner is organised on May 31^st, 2018 for which there will be no additional fee.

We attract the attention of participants to the fact that, in case of cancellation, conference fees will not be refundable after May 11^th.
